AUTUMN UPDATE

Well the summer was cold and wet but since the start of September the weather in the UK has been fantastic and great for golf. We have been reading all the brilliant blog updates and thanks to those who have been very active on this. To those who haven't, it would be great if you could find the time please. I hope you have all signed up to our Face Book page and joining in on a daily basis with what's going on there. Twitter is also up and going strong, its full of golf stuff so have a look and follow BunkerNews. We are currently working on an updated version of Bunker World which we hope will be very interactive. We also intend to improve the whole Ambassadors section through this new development but we will email every one closer to the time. We have several things in work for next season which you will read about soon but a little heads up on one may be of particular interest. We are hoping to invite some ambassadors to the Bunker HQ to take part in a photo shoot to headline next years new collection. More in the Spring about that. We hope you like the new Autumn products like the knits and the wind jackets and the bobble hats and that they will help get you through to spring when we will launch a whole new Bunker Collection. What is a Bunker Mentality Ambassador

This is a unique chance for 'real golfers' to represent a 'real golf brand'.

There are lots of golf brands out there with top, players wearing their gear on tour, we have one of our own Pro's in Paul Waring who plays on the European Tour. However, there are many types of golf stars and we think some others should have the chance to shine. We created our Ambassadors program as we are inundated with players of all abilities looking for sponsorship and we cannot support everyone. Those that do get selected, we consider as Bunker Mentality 'Golf STARS'.

So, if you have aspirations of playing on tour, this could jump-start your career - or if you are just a golf addict we want to welcome you to the Bunker. This programme is open to golfers of all ages, with all levels of skill and ability. We are looking to work with ‘Playas’ that are keen to represent our brand on and off the course - real golfers who love the great game the same way we do.

One of our key beliefs is that attitude is more important then age, so you can’t be too young or too old. You don’t need to be a member of a golf club - just a golf addict!

The program does have to be limited to 50 ‘Playas’. We never close the application as it works on a rolling basis.

Next year will see our inaugural and hopefully annual BUNKERFEST - a special Bunker Mentality event that will be held each year. All ambassadors from across Europe will be invited to play for the Bunker Mentality ‘Stella Trophy’.

How the programme works

Apply to become a Bunker Mentality Ambassador online at www.bunker-mentality.com. Complete the form and tell us in less than 50 words why you should be selected to take part in this programme.

Your application will be considered and replied to within two weeks. If you are successful, we will send you an email outlining the next steps to becoming a Bunker Mentality Ambassador.

All successful applicants will have a 12-month agreement and the opportunity to buy £500 of Bunker Mentality gear for £200. After that, you will also have 20% off Bunker Mentality product bought from www.bunker-mentality.com for the duration of your ambassadorship. This is, of course, only for your personal use!
