 UK DELIVERY

Most orders within the UK will be sent via UPS or Royal Mail "signed for" service and will require a signature. Some items will be sent with Royal Mail first class and will not require a signature . These are not guaranteed services but under normal delivery situations, should be delivered within 1-3 days.

Returns Policy - All orders will quality for full exchange or refund provided the goods are back with us on their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver throughout the world every week of the year. The cost of shipping is calculated on the billing page once the correct delivery region is selected. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt and are delivered via your local Postal service or a courier. You will receive delivery information by email when your order has been processed detailing the method of delivery and a tracking number.

International orders will be dispatched within 2 days of receipt of order. Delivery times can vary but tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

GIFT VOUCHERS will be sent to the purchaser by email with a unique voucher code which will only be valid for one transaction. The unique voucher code must be entered at the checkout at the point of purchase when all items are in the basket. The voucher amont will be deducted from the total basket price. These cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
