Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at info@bunker-mentality.com where member of our customer services team will confirm your return. Simply return the item/s to us in their original condition and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred. Please ensure that you complete the returns note to enable us to process your request quickly.
Delivery
FREE UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days stock permitting). Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded delivery 1st Class and will require a signature.
International delivery - we deliver throughout the world. The cost of shipping is calculated on the billing page once the correct delivery region is selected. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
