With the cold weather firmly here, I have been working hard on my game. Since October I have been working alongside Michael Beaumont (Staffordshire County, Elite Amateur and Tour Player Coach) on getting my swing in shape for the upcoming season.
I plan to attack things as hard as possible in 2015 to see how low I can get my handicap (currently 3.5). I intend on competing in some big scratch events throughout the year, as well as my usual club and league competitions and matches, and feel with the help of Mike, and the support from Matt Southwell at my home club The Chase, I have a great chance of making some moves down towards the elusive scratch!
Let’s hope things start warming up soon!
